Mobalib is a start-up that builds digital solutions for people with disabilities. For more than two years, I worked on the digital presence of its main offer, the MobaLink social network: showcase website, web platform, mobile app, motion design and illustrations. I worked directly with a cognitive engineer and a full-stack developer.

The social network is built on two uses: searching for information, and helping the community by answering other members’ questions. Every exchange remains accessible through search. The platform thus becomes a knowledge base on disability that enriches itself. I then adapted the platform into a mobile app, in React.

The mobile app: community questions, tracking of one's contributions, personal space.

MobaPro — the offer for professionals

MobaPro is Mobalib’s BtoB offer. I designed its showcase website from ideation to front-end, together with the sales team and the technical teams. A UX Cards workshop linked users’ psychological needs to the features of the pro space. It showed that the showcase had to emphasize relationships and expertise. Technical support, for its part, had to reassure an audience not very comfortable with technology. Two personas were built with the business team: “the involved one” and “the practical one”.

As the launch of the pro space was postponed, I proposed a fake door: the sign-up buttons lead to a waiting page that collects visitors’ e-mails, and analytics tracking measures the real interest in the offer before it exists.

Personas workshop with the business team, and the fake door page.

Mobalib — the parent company’s website

The corporate website had to bring together existing and upcoming services around a single philosophy: accessibility. The offer is split in two, with product innovation on one side and guidance and expertise on the other. MobaLink, the main offer, is highlighted. The visual identity, created with a graphic designer, pairs anthracite with MobaLink’s green for more sobriety. I integrated the website in Nuxt, which made it possible to reuse components from other Mobalib products, built on the same stack.

SaveEat — ECV Digital hackathon

During the 2018 ECV Digital hackathon, on the theme of the circular economy, our team came up with an app against food waste. It allows supermarkets to add value to their unsold products, and consumers to buy recipes made from these products, at a lower cost. I took charge of the information architecture, the user flows and the wording, with the design and marketing teams.

The app's tree structure, established with the design team.
